truebluemeandyou: DIY Eiffel Tower Gingerbread Centerpiece. Making gingerbread structures is fun and rewarding (I’ve made cottages to huge castles). Tutorial at Haniela’s here.  *NOTE: do not use raw egg whites for this. I have always used meringue powder (commonly available) and if you’ve ever had salmonella food poisoning you’ll know why. When in doubt google “royal icing egg white substitute” because you never know when a child (or adult) will eat your creation.
